Each step, in detail
1. Find what you need
Type what you need the way you'd say it to a friend, for example "my kitchen sink is leaking" or "I'm moving to a new city". Link My Need works out the service behind it. If you already know what you want, you can browse the service categories instead.
2. Connect securely
Matches come from providers who have been verified on Linknector. You can message them inside Linknector, so the conversation and what you agreed stay in one place.
3. Book with confidence
The booking, its scope and its price are confirmed inside Linknector before any work starts. Protected payment, where the payment is held against the agreed terms, is coming soon. It is not live yet.
4. Complete the service
Follow the booking from confirmation through to completion. If something goes wrong, support works from the record of what was agreed.
5. Review and build trust
Verified feedback that stays with a provider's profile is coming soon. When it launches, only customers who completed a booking will be able to leave it.

How Link My Need connects a need to a service.
Every request is linked through five levels, from the outcome you want to the exact service and anything it usually needs alongside.
